Computer Classroom Scheduling

The Teach/Learn Center is soliciting scheduling requests for spring semester 2003 from faculty who have previously used our hands-on computer classrooms as well as all UNH department chairs and academic department administrative office professionals.

Requests for the Distance Learning Classroom will be logged and assigned a priority based on the following:

First Priority - UNH Distance Learning credit courses.
Second Priority - Distance Learning credit courses offered in partnership with other colleges, universities, or external organizations.
Third Priority - UNH Distance Learning non-credit courses offered through DCE.
Fourth Priority - UNH credit courses that make partial use of the facilities.
Fifth Priority - UNH non-credit courses that make partial use of the facilities.
Sixth Priority - All other potential clients of the ITV Studio (for example, on-campus conferences).

Requests are submitted via a Room Request Form, available on the web or at our office at Hamilton Smith Hall, room 2. TLC staff will take reservation requests from October 1 to October 21, 2002, and notify requestors of their reservation status on or about November 1, 2002. As other requests are received following the open request period, they will be scheduled on a space-available basis.

Instructors who submit their reservation request through our web form will be notified that their request has been received within one business day. If you have submitted a reservation request online, and have not been notified of its receipt, please call us at 862-3667.
