Distance Learning Conference Room

The Distance Learning Conference Room is designed for individual or small group videoconferencing (up to 6 people). A wide variety of peripheral equipment is available for use during your videoconference. We hope that this variety of audiovisual and multimedia technology will assist in closing the distance in conferencing remotely. We are continually broadening our offerings to make your delivery of distance presentations or meetings easy and reliable.

• Dual Monitor Displays
• Dell Optiplex computer with Zip drive and CD-ROM
• Internet Access
• Microsoft Office
• Digital Graphics Tablet
• Samsung SVP 6000 Video Presenter (document camera)
• VHS VCR
• Polycom SoundStation audio/voice conferencing unit
• Facsimile transmission

Reserving the DL Conference Room:

A reservation can be made by calling 862-7039 or by completing the Room Request Form found at http://at.unh.edu/tlc/rreq.html. Once we have received your information, we will then verify arrangements and confirm your reservation. Please allow for a minimum of 48 hours notice for videoconference scheduling and testing with the remote site.
